Design Core Detroit invites design students from UNESCO Cities of Design and beyond to submit projects for the 2026 Global Mobility Showcase<\/strong>, taking place in September 2026<\/strong> during Detroit Month of Design<\/strong>. Selected works will be exhibited at Eastern Market After Dark<\/strong>, one of the festival’s largest events, attracting more than 30,000 visitors<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The call is open to undergraduate and graduate students working on mobility-related topics, including transportation design, assistive mobility devices, UX for mobility, and innovative urban mobility solutions. Submissions should include one main concept image, three supporting visuals, and a short project description.<\/p>\n

Submission deadline:<\/strong> 1 August 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
