Hanoi – Creative City

The book is presented in two languages: Vietnamese and English. The book consists of a Preface and four parts to outline an overview of UCCN; present the main reasons why Hanoi joined and chose the field of Creative Design, with the main goals, tasks and solutions in the coming time to building Hanoi into a “Creative City”; and reflect valuable experiences from several typical countries in the world that have joined and increasingly affirmed their position and active roles in UCCN.
